Clementine Sekyere FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
Clementine Sekyere is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a heart for helping individuals and families thrive. She earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from South University and her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Liberty University.
Clementine believes every person’s story matters. She takes time to truly listen, offering a personalized approach that blends evidence-based medication management with a compassionate, caring presence. Her goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where patients of all ages feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their mental and emotional well-being.
Whether supporting someone through a challenging season or celebrating small victories, Clementine is passionate about walking alongside her patients and helping them find hope, healing, and balance.

Ogochukwu Obiekwe FNP- C, PMHNP – BC
Ogochukwu Obiekwe is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Family nurse practitioner education at the Catholic University of America and her psychiatry mental health nurse practitioner education at Liberty University. Her clinical experience includes expertise in managing attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorders, bipolar disorders, major depression, and anxiety disorders across the life span.
Personally, Ogochukwu strives to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps patients rebuild their life by creating a safe and supportive space where healing can begin.

Sandra Simon LCSW
Sandra is a licensed therapist with a deep passion for supporting individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges with resilience, dignity, and hope. She received her graduate degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., where she developed a strong foundation in clinical practice, trauma-informed care, and community-based support.
Sandra’s approach to therapy is person-centered, compassionate, and collaborative. She believes every individual carries unique strengths, and her role as a therapist is to help uncover those strengths while providing practical tools and strategies for healing and growth. Her work is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities of interventions, with a focus on building self-awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful connections.
Sandra has extensive experience working with clients who are managing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, grief, and life transitions, as well as those seeking guidance in strengthening relationships and developing a stronger sense of self-worth. She also brings leadership experience in mental health and disability services, ensuring that her care is both clinically sound and holistically supportive.

Dr. Rajinderpal (Raj) Singh Collaborating Supervising Psychiatrist
Dr. Rajinderpal (Raj) Singh, MD, serves as the Collaborating Supervising Psychiatrist at Compassionate Healthcare & Wellness Center, LLC
Dr. Rajinderpal (Raj) Singh is a Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist with more than 15 years of experience across county mental health systems, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, academic training programs, and private practice, Dr. Singh is recognized as a compassionate and collaborative clinical leader. He is dedicated to mentoring clinicians, guiding teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered, and culturally competent care.
Dr. Singh completed his residency in General Psychiatry at the University of Hawai‘i John A. Burns School of Medicine and his fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Toledo Medical Center. He has been recognized with multiple honors, including the Certificate of Appreciation from the Virginia Department of Health for his service during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Excellent Medical Student Teacher of the Year Award, and the Outstanding First-Year Resident Physician Award. Earlier in his career, he also practiced as a primary care physician in India, an experience that gave him a broad and holistic perspective on patient care.
An active member of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Medical Association, Dr. Singh is multilingual and culturally attuned—fluent in English, Russian, Hindi, and Punjabi, with working knowledge of Urdu. His research and academic interests include improving access to mental health care, personalized medicine, psychodynamic psychotherapy, bullying and cyberbullying prevention, and the role of metaphors in therapy. He has published in peer-reviewed journals, including Academic Psychiatry on the use of technology, collective intelligence, and community engagement to improve rural mental health access. Guided by the principle that research informs us but compassion grounds us, Dr. Singh is dedicated to blending evidence-based practice with humanity so that care is not only effective, but deeply personal.
